YES!  I didn’t think I’d make it this week!! But progress was made and I’m over the moon right now! :)

Todays weigh in: 122,4 kg (270lbs)
Down 1,4 kg (3lbs) from last week. 

Don’t know how that happend. Only had one workout in the last 7 days, but I’ve been tryging to watch my diet insted. Haven’t been doing my caloire counting. Bought a Camelbak water bottle and have been drinking a lot more water then usual and I know that helps a lot.

So this week; maybe it wasn’t so much fat that got burned - but more fluid loss. That’s great as well! It all needs to get out!! :)
